I keep getting headaches and I see like a flash of light sometimes.... HELP ME PLEASE!!?

Ok so I never get headaches, and these past two weeks I have had quite moderate to severe headaches throughout the day, it's a pain, at the usual spot for a common headache but maybe a bit higher up. Also, if I'm just randomly doing something I may see a single flash of light, and I dont know why, my eyesight is completely fine and I got it checked out this week and apparently my headaches are nothing to do with my eyes, so what is it?
